That is not accurate in the United States.. I suppose all countries have differing laws as it relates to that scenario.

I am not an expert in this but I believe the emergency room cannot kick you out for not having money, but everywhere else can. and the loophole to this is they won't give you any treatment that costs money, they will just give you painkillers and kick you out. that's why you hear all the time "man went to emergency room and the next day he was dead" because they won't treat properly.
