Gathering likes for a new page

Recently I've made a page on FB to grow my SEO business. I'm planning to do ads there and overall advertise my offers on some FB groups.
So I have a question; should I first gather some likes and then advertise it, or just go ahead and advertise it without likes. I think that with likes I'll have more chances to get clients than without those.
So tell me your opinion, and if you have some experience or same dilemma in the begging as me, please share it. Cheers!

Depending on your customer's needs, if you're targeting potential messages, Likes seem great because they build credibility and trust. And if you do a conversion, it doesn't have to be because what you want to offer is reflected in the landing page

Well, I'm spending enough time on bhw, but I also work other platforms. This is excellent place to get some knowledge and I hope soon earn some money here too

In FB, there are 2 advertising platforms: page post and interaction. after setting up the page i think you should use 1 of those 2 platforms

Offer something to group members in return ask them to like the page

Ex: simple seo report free exchange of likes, Content templates or guide for likes
