Terrible service and quality of the product.
I ordered a tik tok service and all the engagement comments are clearly fake with code. "/b/29/29" something like that.
I placed the wrong URL and I asked for cancel or change the order, the support is being a jerk
Please cancel the order 4xxxxxxx because I made a mistake to put the URL

Hello! I am sorry you feel this way about the service's quality and the cancellation policy.
Regarding the quality, each server has a different capacity/quality/load, it is best if you try a minimal of each to see what would best suit your needs. Regarding the cancellation of orders, the order has already been added into the system, so it cannot be technically cancelled as it is already added and well in progress.
Technically, we cannot edit or alter links after the order has been placed, especially that the link added is fully functional and in progress, apologies for that once more.
