This what they're asking of me. I don't have a supplier. I only receive payments for my virtual services, though sent some money out to a friend last year. Also, what does proof of fulfilment means ?

I don't know man. I tend to deal with this cancerous shit when it appears in my life, and when I'm done with it I erase all the information from my head. I mean it's there, in my subconscious, but I can't just call it up at any time and answer your questions.

It makes no sense for PayPal to shut down accounts of legit businesses given the greedy bastards they are.

It totally makes a lot of sense when you add up the amounts they confiscate in closing these accounts.
