Well, here we are boys. Paypal asking me to provide information. There's no chargebacks or any problems ever on the account. Account is fully verified, legit, about 2 years old.

Currently I can't send payments or withdraw funds. They're asking me to upload ID, and proof of fulfillment for 8 different orders from 7 different customers.

I'm looking at this bit:

"You can add a note and upload a file as proof of fulfillment for this order. The proof can include contracts, professional licenses, delivery confirmation or any document showing the buyer's confirmation."

Look at the part I put in Bold. I can probably get at least 5 of those customers (personal clients I have a relationship with) to provide me a document confirming they've received what they paid for and are happy and all.

But what should I ask of them? Any ideas?

Anybody here? Bummed out man.

Well, delivery confirmation is listed as approved proof, so a confirmation sent from their PayPal email address should suffice.

Paypal wait for two years to do this to you.
Monkeys really work at paypal to fuck you over in "paypal sucks "video

Screenshot of an email saying "received the package, thanks". I don't think you have to ask them for legal documents.

Okay, thank you.

I've been waiting for you, Neo :D

Okay, cool. I can get most if not all of these customers to provide that for me.

May God help us...

Just create an invoice that has some sort of stamp of delivery on it, with the date being matching with your sales receipt. Send them both your invoice and sales receipt.

Man, tell me this though.

How do they know I didn't fake the screenshots?

They just assume, you don't. They will review them and they will tell you, if not's not what they want, but i think, it should be fine.

Well, all right, worth a shot I guess.

I got 4 of the 7 customers to send me an email from their Paypal email to my Paypal email, confirming they're happy with the work and everything. When they all do, I'll collect the screenshots and go submit to Paypal.

Paypal just has to be a total asshole every step of the way. They did this yesterday, on Sunday, just to rob me of 1 day of collecting the info and everything.

Paypal is well stupid company! No idea how to resolve the issue. They can do anything and anytime.

Hey man,

Yeah actually it did work. And then suckpay suspended me a month later or something.

But it did work, they accepted it.

Yeah, that's it.

I didn't. I just had each customer email me from their pp email to my pp email, and i screenshotted each with the email visible.

Of course that can be doctored, faked, but pp accepted it because they suck :D

Looking at this thread again, I just did this basically:

They won't unlock your account even after you provide them with what they asked (They did the same to me for absolutely no reason). They'll just collect your data, waste your time and take your money. I really hope that someday they mess with the wrong person and will end up losing in court for their shady and illegal practices.

This what they're asking of me. I don't have a supplier. I only receive payments for my virtual services, though sent some money out to a friend last year. Also, what does proof of fulfilment means ?

PayPal is not strict regarding these documents. We had to go through this check once when our business was new. If you cannot provide any less important document (for whatever reason), explain nicely and they'll understand. It makes no sense for PayPal to shut down accounts of legit businesses given the greedy bastards they are.
