Facebook Pages Aren't Worth It?

I need your advice. Lately, I read that facebook pages have low engagement and the possibility of making affiliate income is low. Here is the issue. I have a dog-related page that keeps generating few likes and follows even without posting any content. I am thinking of creating a serious project with it but I am scared. Will my effort pay off? This is true, FB themselves don't generate almost any value by themselves from a CPA perspective.

But don't forget that FB pages build reputation and authoritativeness for a project.

If I want to build a serious project for certain niches, having a huge FB page it's a positive point for the whole strategy.

For other niches, for example gaming, this is almost the same, but with Twitter instead of FB.

Each niche has a preferred SM network and being reputed there gives credibility to your project.

This is why many people just create their FB page, inject a 1K users through FB ads, almost from day 0 of their company.

Hi! Facebook is definitely an expensive thing. But if you have serious intentions and you want to develop your business, earn trust, then Facebook, with its many shortcomings, will help you.

When facebook was the only popular place to post ads and start some new online projects, it was quite a nice place for that but as of now, when there are other platforms too, it is not really not sure if you should go for it!
