If you are amateur and are greedy, then yes, it's scam.
But you can twist it around. Check AppNana app as an example.

Some people provide iPhones and they are more successful due to the fact people come back and trust them more.

Overall, strategies in this thread are very basic and I would call them "low balling" and desperate.
There is no marketing in this. Just selling and using people's naive belief they'll get something huge for free.

That's the trick here. CPA marketers keep looking for opportunities and find new sites. When they start losing ranks, they find another and then another. They find new sites using bug tracking tools. If you check a popular CPA keyword for 10-15 days, you'll find new sites keep popping up into first page. The first 2-3 results will be spammed to death until the sites disappear from top SERPs. They'll then find new sites and repeat the process.

Nope. It's how noobs do it. I did it when I was 15. It's been 7 years. And believe it or not, it's very difficult to hit the 5 figure monthly mark with this type of spam.
Not recommended.

I bet the authority of the domains they are hosted on is doing the magic

Churn and burn method - not very efficient and a clear way for newbies to waste their time and energy.

At the same time you're littering LinkedIn with these fake company parasite pages.

Set up a a real linkedIn profile and rank for actual keywords and not these spammy topics.

it'll take the same amount of time and you'll never get taken down.

build 50 of those and you'll see decent revenue on a monthly basis.

You find a website that has good da and is ranking well on google witb option to post user generated content. You post on it stuffing your keywords and rank until it gets removed.

Problem with this parasite method is you will find yourself caught in cycle: make parasite -> rank parasite -> get traffic -> parasite gets deleted -> make parasite -> rank parasite -> gets traffic -> parasite gets deleted

and even if you rank for a longer time your competition (or someone else) will just report you to LinkedIn or whatever parasite you are using and you will get banned/removed in notime.

its a churn and burn method for some free quick bucks...and unfortunately not really scaleable since you have to deal with bans and deleted accounts always
