They dont 99.99999999% times. They try to cope up with the situation. Their first mechanism is to run away. Dogs only bite when they think they have no other way, or they are not mentally stable for some reason.

Reported. You can also go to his channel and click the "About" tab and click the flag under "Stats" from there you can report the whole channel and choose multiple videos which fall under animal abuse which is all of them.
