Doubt it.

It's probably been reported before, YT just doesn't care.

There's animal hunting and trapping videos on YT too.... at least that's what my friend said.

Just search up prank on dogs and you will see videos with millions of views

Yeah, Channel still hasn't been deleted or whatever, so I guess this is allowed because it is all a "prank"
