I'm drinking 2 monster energy drinks a day and constantly panic

This fucking bullshit is not about caffeine. For some reason I would not think of caffeine, but some other thing.
My mind would be like - no energy? Ay, so go buy the drink - it's tasty and fun.
Then I read the label on that shit and every other ingredient is acid.
I used to crave citric acid as a kid that we used to clean at our house.
It wasn't sugar or caffeine, but the citric acid which gives very sour taste.
The caffeine stimulation would be actually disturbing to me and a side effect of consumption.
For some reason I would not crave caffeine pills or coffee despite of them being like 100 times cheaper.

Like, for real. If someone is writing and coding all day it feels a little bit too intense.

So I switch lanes. From now I will do 300 pushups a day instead of this.
Pushups make me feel nauseous like any other exercise, but when I lie down for a moment, I'm feeling much better than from any amount of caffeine.

2 monster drink a day is too much in my opinion. Your kidney will thank you if you reduce it to 1 or 0

i think all is in your mind, try replace it with something else a tea a latte something simpler ,even if you go to a doctor it won'thelp you if you don't take the decision to change your habbit

Yeah, I'm subconsciously trying to fuck myself up. I know about that. Everyone is a little bit self-destructive.

For example I realized I spent 80% of time on BHW and 20% on work.
Now I'm trying to do otherwise.

Try to reduce caffeine intake, it makes us anxious.
I used to drink only a small cup of coffe in the morning and i had bad withdrawal symptoms. 2 Monster drinks a day... your heart must be racing 24 hours.

In 9-5 I saw people doing cocaine during breaks. Read what it does to your heart. :)

Couldn't resist my daily portion of citric acid. Drank a small can.

Hi,
I am addicted to drinking 2 monster energy drinks a day.
The first one is necessary to wake myself up.
I know I can do it without it, but I'm simply addicted to the substance.
The second one makes me panic and agitated.
The panic has been going for years.
I started medicating myself.

I want to feel the stimulation. Nothing else.
Unfortunately tolerance builds up quickly, so I end up spending $5 dailly just on drinks.
This translates to 2 links a day I could get for my websites.
I love u man. all your messages and updates crack me up.

I'm about to boost my test levels.
It's already started.
Soon they will reach ATH.

OMG

Switch to crack it a way more mellow rush...
But test is much better long term than drugs.
I used to follow bad advice on the internet about acid and mdma having power to heal you.
Not really if you do it with friends for intense laughter.

I think about serious hormones and supplements that are not known to many.
At the same time I don't want to seriously risk my health.

So yesterday I had the realization that when I'm doing something, I feel drained after a while.
And I would eat a ton of fat in forms of cheeses, meat and stuff like that.
What's interesting, it would get me zero energy and I would feel as drained as before, just with my stomach full.

This has started when I got into toxic relationships. I started to mimic someone's behavior.
And I was working to fix those issues in my head.
I still find my habits are not mine. I am grabbing a piece of cheese instead a piece of chocolate.

It gives me absolutely no energy and if I do it whole day, like eating zero carbs, I have absolutely no will to think and do anything.
When I wake up and the first thing I do in the morning is emptying a can of energy drink with no sugar, I'm feeling really weird.

So when it has some sugar inside, it feels much better. It feels like I am not eating enough sugar. Compound carbs do not help here.
I can eat a ton of groats, a ton of protein and a ton of fats, and still feel hungry.

I understand the fault is my blood sugar level, but how do I control this?
Am I supposed to do blood sugar tests after every meal and see how I react to certain foods?

If you're looking for a snack, instead of cheese, grab rice cakes with peanut butter and banana on top. These fill you up nicely for a bit, while they can deliver you a good amount of energy.

Snack or not a snack. That's whatever. The problem is with controlling the energy level and seeing that caffeine is not doing anything, but causing disturbances due to other issues.

I did I think about 500 pushups throughout 2 days and now my chest hurts. I think I strained a muscle.
Some people would say it's my heart about to explode. But I think I would be laying in the hospital bed right now.

When I take a deep breath it feels like some nerve would be influenced.

Just had two of these fuckers, working out so used that as justification. rip sleep

Just bought a cheapest one with sugar (not coca cola brand) since those with aspartame stopped working. The jitter was too high. I think it can be connected with this:

I would eat macaroni or rice, but it wouldn't work.
Only when I eat chocolate bar I feel better.
That's strange.

But I don't have diabetes. :D

You should ease into exercising slowly, definitely as your diet is pretty messed up. Going all out without proper training knowledge and nutrition can cause injuries rather quickly.

My diet is called low carb. And it doesn't work. I'm feeling like dead sometimes.
But on the internet some dudes get 1000 upvotes for screaming this type of diet is golden.
I feel like an alcoholic, but instead of drinking alcohol, I must eat some sugar.

Eating 4000 calories didn't help. Only a chocolate bar would give the fix.

4 days ago I ate fat and protein since the morning.
Midday I would feel so low, I would drag myself to the mcdonald's, buy a burger and immediately feel better.
It's crazy.

The "healthy and clean carbs" don't seem to do the trick.
