Hi,
I am addicted to drinking 2 monster energy drinks a day.
The first one is necessary to wake myself up.
I know I can do it without it, but I'm simply addicted to the substance.
The second one makes me panic and agitated.
The panic has been going for years.
I started medicating myself.

I want to feel the stimulation. Nothing else.
Unfortunately tolerance builds up quickly, so I end up spending $5 dailly just on drinks.
This translates to 2 links a day I could get for my websites.

But they say caffeine is not destructive for families, so they don't consider it a drug.
I gave up all harsh substances, but I'm still addicted to this one.
I was drinking 5 beers in the evening every second day. Now I'm at 0 since 2 monhs.
But this caffeine habit is like the replacement of that. And it's disturbing sometimes.

Getting rid of habits is tough. Stick to it if you really want it. You need months and perhaps years to get rid of habits.

Drink water instead of the thing. Every time you crave, just get water instead. Just an idea.
 
at least you're not drinking vodka to wake up yourself :)

If water was only so tasty and would present itself as a substance to make your jaw clench, it'd be more interesting.

In all seriousness I also am addicted to caffeine unfortunately, you can get caffeine pills at walmart if youre in US. That's helped not consume so much sugar with my caffeine, and it's also considerably cheaper.

one could easily google other stimulants to replace monsters.
i would avoid them simply for the damage to your teeth. super acidic.
maybe go to wholistic doctor in your area and get b-12 shots. they're supposed to be good for energy levels. or caffeine pills. likely wont be as good as sipping on a white monster. but somewhat healthier for you end of the day.
 
supposedly sipping on meat broth like beef broth can replenish your salt levels and get you back to where you need to be, consider that instead of giving yourself ulcers and bad diseases in less than 10 years from whatever chemicals are in that crap.
 
Very hard drug to deal with

I am consuming 'normal' coffee without sugar twice a day but I do 6-7 h of hard workout but addicted as well (all this daily/everyday routine)

My cup is 0.4 to 0.6l of idk exactly but say 35g of coffee's caffeine is inside clean. I do it after a meal, never before, because organs may suffer.

Also, right after drinking I eat 3 bananas (you must do 1) and 450mg of magnesium, also drinking minerals for bones and and all major mineral/vitamins

You basically need to secure vitamins E K D, including magnesium for bones because any caffeine will drain minerals out of your bones which is sick info if you never heard before

When caffeine kill your bones, you are exposed to bones cancer and many other shit, becoming ultra weak person, and then your teeth will suffer hard too.

Don't forget that every pill is nothing comparing to real food, and try to consume both sources and drink pills when eating to have best absorb rate.

I don't suggest to nobody any proteins bcaa glutamine creatine and other shits, it's delusion done by proper advertising.

Rookies number i drink 6 redbulls a day and feel stoned lmao
 
switch to caffine pills, 1 200mg in the morning, top your afternoon off with a nice COFFEE, ditch the energy drinks. Try and slowly lower your dependence so you can get the same wakefulness with less.
 
This likely won’t help Bc of mental addiction and likely just shift your addiction if you do t address the trot cause but:
Caffeine affects adenosine receptors.
Nicotine affects nicotinic receptors.
You technically could (I have) give those receptors a break while still getting the adrenaline stimulation by switching over.

It worked for me to increase my caffeine sensitivity (so I could use less preworkput).
I assume in your case you’ll just get addicted to both tbh.

Mint oil is also great to wake up with and get energy. Take a few a few drops on your neck so you’ll breathe it in, and/or in a drink.

I’ve also know preworkout addicts to replace preworkout with a stim
Free version as they taper down the caffeine, so they still have the ritual aspect. Kind of like how smokers sometimes like to have a toothpick in their hand/mouth while they quit.

How much of that is bro science? You ditched supplements, but that doesn't prove all your points are right.
I've never seen anyone complaining about their bones.

This is just the same thing. The same source of the substance. This substance is useless if you have enough sleep.
It literally makes me only less focused at the dose of 200 mg.

I'm probably addicted to sweeteners more than caffeine.

I've been running without caffeine for a while and it was much better overall feeling. However this crap is impossible to kick out altogether.
It's like some fu****g distraction. I don't know. Some called it self-sabotage.
