Iphone just bricked - best android to buy

The problem with Android phones, whatever you speak and wherever you go, you will see related ads and suggestions on FB and Big G even if you turned of all the mic and camera permissions, lol
So what is the option lmao

I have the Samsung S20 ultra. After using my S9 for 4 years or so then I lost the power button. It's been Samsung for me. Sure you wouldn't look back moving to Samsung

What's your budget? Xiaomi is great if you're on an ultra-budget.

Nah. You cant do anything with iPhone! everything is restricted it's so annoying...
I've heard this argument for years. I have yet to find a useful feature that iPhone doesn't allow though. This is purely subjective of course.

Here's my take on things: I feel safe banking from my iPhone.

I would never ever ever do anything sensitive like that on my Xiaomi.

I am share holder of Coca Cola and would recommend you to drink $350 worth of Coca Cola within 3 years for my better returns on coca cola shares.

like what? :) what are you doing with your android phone that you can't do with iPhone assuming you're regular phone user?

I was listening same stories for years and got iPhone pro max recently. Had all Galaxy Note series before. Nothing can compare to this iphone. I'll never go back to android.

What's your budget? How much are you wanting to spend. If money is no problem, just go for the S21 Ultra. I have one and absolutely love it. The camera and battery life are awesome.

Oneplus is an inexpensive phone that you cannot go wrong with. Oneplus phones don't have Samsung's flashy features and gimmicks for sure, but they always get the basics bang on. No frills, no-nonsense, no unnecessary bloatware, and blazing performance. They also last very long. My Oneplus 6T is in its fourth year, and it's almost like new (apart from the battery lol).

If you want the best camera, I would not recommend it though. It's useable and daytime shots look wonderful, but night-time shots and videography leave a lot to be desired.

I know that some of you guys are programmers and I think that you’re going to regret having android phones considering that we will be coming up to a cyber war, whether it’s called that or not. I believe that android phones are going to get hacked in mass for malicious purposes and people in droves are going to move to the iPhone. Not because iPhones were not hacked but because they were more secure than android.

Xiaomi is the only android phone brand I recommend. Not to suck china's dick too hard of course, but if you don't mind their obvious spying they are good solid cheap phones.

Xiaomi redmi note 9 plus audiotechnica headphones.
You can't enjoy media with just a phone.
It feels better to take a deep breath with high audio quality than with cheap iphone mono speaker audio.
Try yourself. Buying expensive phones is like buying cameras when you dont need them.
Split your money and save some or just buy couple of things. Get the most value for your money.

I'd wait for the Pixel 6 if you can. If not, Pixel 5 is more than enough. (IMO ofc).

It depends on what you want to use it for:
I loved my Motorola Moto for the projector during presentations and the game controller during games.

I loved my windows phone for showing how windows routinely fails to plan long term for projects.

I mourn and long for my blackberry for secure emailing, and ease of use. And damnit the track all was useful!

I love my apple for accessories interaction and cooperation. It does it within the Apple universe better than any android could hope.

my Samsung was powerful for lots of apps, and easily kept functioning after I rooted and realized the uI. But doubt it would like that now.

maybe you want barebones.

maybe you want the best camera.

I have had phones from Apple, Motorola, Samsung, blackberry(love), windows, Kyocera, one plus, pixel, lg… and many more, I switch phones annually, and have since I first started getting smart phones around 2009…

Despite fanboys above, there is no single best phone… there is best for your needs, and you said nothing about those.

map I recommend the Motorola RAZR, it fits best in pockets!

if youre looking for call quality go with a flagship brand (pixel, samsung, ect) avoid 1+ or Huawei for security reasons. Other than that Ive always gone for max RAM and best CPU though RAM has the biggest impact on lifetime use imo. The batter will die before your phone feels "slow".

Currently using the razer phone 2, love it still.

I will list the things that come off the top of my head.

  1. Everything on apple automatically opens on safari
  2. Press-and-hold links auto open safari, even if you only want to copy the link for later it will open and send the data through whatever internet you are currently using
  3. Backing up is a pain
    1. limited backup options
    2. only option is icloud which is paid
  4. can't change region of apple ID
  5. if you change region of apple ID it will reset your app data
  6. can't access any data on the phone from computer - if you wanted to back up your notes then you would have to email every single one of your notes through gmail
  7. apple has lame colors
  8. camera isn't good
  9. designed to deteriorate in quality over time
  10. can only download apps from app store
  11. ALL NSFW discord servers are banned on Iphone due to the age restriction in place with the app store, so all discord servers with a NSFW is unuseable rendering discord on iphone pretty much useless
  12. youtube is pretty much useless on iphone due to the age restriction now also in place - unless you want to add your credit card and ID to google (if you want to do this go ahead lol)
  13. Half of telegram is banned on Apple due to age restriction and will probably eventually get banned alltogether due to it being private
  14. Has a dogsh*t teir waterproofing
Hey, if none of these affect you then go ahead and buy apple. But all this stuff has constantly been annoying for years to me. Never again will I touch another Apple product.
