Plugins and Themes you download using my wordpress plugin will not be disabled should you cancel your subscription. You just won't be able to receive future updates to the items you download without an active subscription.
I don't sell individual themes or plugins, with my service you are getting a license key to my plugin that allows you to download everything in my catalog right from within your own wordpress dashboard. You use my plugin to install and update your plugins. Should you decide to cancel you still get to keep and use whatever you downloaded.
