What I like about him is you don't just get a list of names, you get the research with them that he has done. He's great too at the advice about monetising these and what options are available.

Of course, there's no difference if you need domains for 301 or building a niche website.

One could be like...you might not need a brandable domain for 301 but in the case of a niche website, you'd prefer that.
