For the monthly packages, our clients get to rent a spot, or a backlink from a domain which has maximum 15 outbound links in total. This means the backlink juice for 1 OBL is 1/15th of the domain's backlink power. In permanent packages where we can have unlimited number of OBL's, backlink juice gets diffused alot when reaching our client's URL so less juice. So monthly packages assure you get more juice for one backlink compared to that of permanent packages. That's why they are priced this way.
