Tagging strangers in Instagram stories

Would IG have a problem with me continuously tagging random strangers in my stories? Is there a risk of my accounts getting banned?

I think there would be no problem as long as the people you tagged does not report you. There is a risk if you get reported multiple times.

I tried doing that some time ago. Instagram will stop notifying the tagged persons if you exceed a certain limit. Usually after 10 stories each tagged with 5 people it stopped sending notifications to the tagged.

The last time I checked this limit can be circumvented by using IG fresh accounts to tag users on your main account

Sooner or later they will ban you. Just think like a normal user, you are using your personal account, and stranger tagging you for no reason. You maybe ignore it the first time but when it happens repeatedly you going to block that person and when you receive multiple blocks, Insta gonna shadowban you.

Trying to figure out how I can get into users notifications without necessarily following them. Tried the f/u method and it hasn't really worked for me. IG is the only platform I have failed to game and make money out of so far

i think 90% plus will report you and within hours your account will get banned.

Do you think doing it just once would make them report me? I mean, tagging every user just once and never tagging them again

i say yes. my insta page is open. if random people add me, who I can tell that they are fake accounts, i report them. sure enough majority get banned, because many do the same thing as me.

People have done this to me on my personal account and I report them, it’s spammy and annoying.

That is pure spam and your account will certainly get a lot of reports from strangers stating the issue.
Also, they will barely get the notification after a few tags.
