I've been a member of several SEO forums,

Really, I love this forum on one end, and I HATE being a lurker one the other hand...

But every time I post a thread or a post, I violate some rule... It doesn't give any newbie a chance NOT to lurke??

The rules are in place to prevent this forum from being a shitfest like all the other forums are.

That being said, I don't think the rules are all that strict. Then again, I'm just here to learn and help out where I can. Not take advantage.

At least, they go easy with newbies since they don't know most of the rules here and how BHW works "only warnings + Post delete"
If i've done only 10% of what new members do, i'll be banned instantly

I commented once that the more I spend time here, the more I realize how important the rules are and the great effort mods are making in order to keep this place fun, valuable and safe.

The rules are not that strict and difficult to follow. I myself got a warning once when I started posting :anyway: because I didn't even bother to scroll through them. Just skim through the rules and follow the most basic common sense and you'll be good.

In the beginning it's like that but when you get a warning for every rules you break like me
you will remember them all

Did you had the same problem in other forums too?

Rules are not strict. Just read them and follow. I have many infractions from the past, but it was a lesson to follow rules.
It's anti-garbage. There are thousands of users from many countries, imagine the shithole without rules.

I love this forum because moderation and rules. Nobody is trolling, attacking you. Marketplace is clean, other sections are also clean.

Some people think that blackhat means carding, hacking, and illegal stuff. They get into trouble by messing with rules. The regular members who join to learn money making methods or blackhat SEO will be fine here.

Most of the rules are common sense in order to have a nice community.

Hot girls break rules all the time and get away with it :smirk:

Not in bhw they don't..

If I said that word in other forums I hang around I would be in big trouble. But of course you are right, rules are in place to keep order I have no doubt, but they should be a bit more inviting IMO xD.

You have had zero warnings so your question is hard to understand.
I think I just got a warning straight after you posted that post lol.
Which rules did you break?
I posted something in the forum that seemed most relevant and apparently it should've gone somewhere else (plus not enough posts to post such a thread).

That is the purpose :D

rules are absolutely not strict... go on reddit and you will see that it's a lot more strict.
lol I must admit, never visited there.

Your first responsibility here is to study the rules before you made your first post. This is a regulated forum not social media platform

And I actually gave it to you for posting in the wrong subforum + I deleted the post.

It is a mild warning and warnings are not to be "offensive" in nature but rather to keep you heading in the right direction.

I think it expires in a week actually and it is the only warning you received since you joined in November of last year,

The staff is not out to make your life miserable but rather to make sure we all operate inside the rules and share inside the rules and you can always respond to the warning PM for clarification and I'm sure the staff member who issues the warning is more than willing to clarify things if one does not understand as not everyone here has English as their main/first language.
