Ok firstly I know you guys are thinking who is this "new" dude and what is he doing here in shitlist calling an "old" member scammer. Well I am new here and before you start bashing this thread I would like you to read the thread and also in the rules didn't say new members can't do this.. so cool off..

An Administrator or Moderator will contact the parties involved and it will result in one of two things: Either you/it will stay there, or you/it will be cleared and removed. If you do not reply to the shitlist thread, you will stay there indefinitely. Anyone caught abusing The Shitlist, or falsely accusing someone of something worthy of a place in The Shitlist, then you will be infractioned and/or banned as we see fit.

Ok now to the case, Kanye West Exiles seems to be the decent and good rep member but he scammed me and others. Period. We bought his CLAD genius licenses and he lied about a few things and he said he have the rights to sell the license.

Each license was sold for $150, yes $150 but still it's money and might be a small amount. You have rights to scam people if the amount is small?

Then there was a period where people was saying he didn't have the rights to sell them and they will get banned..so he agreed to refund if the licenses got banned.

So as this dude claimed he will refund to those if the product didn't work, which it doesn't work anymore for a few of us. He didn't gave me the password the software requires and I have waited days for him to come online to do do it through team viewer...

His lame excuse - he is on holidays...well enjoy the money dude

He supposed to be back on 29th Dec to sort this out and after that I didn't hear anything from him. My PMs and YMs was ignored although he was online on ****** on 3rd January.

Well im not posting this up hoping to get a refund or so, if you are man enough (which i doubt), refund everyone that couldn't use it anymore. Simple as that.

So that's the case and yes im new in this forum and I got scammed. I think I have the rights to voice out over here. Let's see what he got to answer on this, anyways hope it gets solved out right and professionally

I have done business with kanye, straight up and good business guy. People have holidays and people are entitled to leave the computer.

Its not working anymore and i wanted to ask him to reactivate it but he wasnt online on bhw since dec 27.
I dont know if its just a miscommunication or something happened to him or if he is just hiding himself

Scammed me too. It's sad. He could have been making $5000+ a day with all those licenses. Yet he only runs away with what.. a few thousand?

It's frightening how some people just leave so much money on the table and take the shittier route.

Either he's sick or still on vacation, or he really REALLY sucks at making money and he goes ahead and scams people... How pathetic.

Again, I'm not 100% sure if he scammed us, and he could still be on vacation, but gone for 20 days? If I had to pick a side, I'd say he scammed us. it's hard to believe that someone like him who has been here so long would resort to scamming... then again, i'm not 100% sure/

As someone who has been acused of non-sense I would like to hear from the source. It easy to accuse people of scamming others here. The IM chat's look not so good. But everything can be faked. I have had a guy use my IM chat and edit out the pieces he didn't like to make me look bad. Not saying that's what is being done here but just saying it's usually hard to get down to the bottom of what really happens/happen unless many people weight in who dealt with him (i'm not one of them ) just want to be clear on that

He was online and didn't even bother replying, so that doesn't make any sense that he can't solve this 2 minute matter.

I'll put up a screenshot of my chat screen if you want. I have no time faking stuff and getting into people's shit. This happened to me and I'm reporting it here. IF he is innocent tell him to come over here and say whatever he wants. And if you read the whole thread you'll see im not alone.

I don't think he did it on purpose. He bought extra licenses and what i think happened is he advertised them like an idiot on forums including here and clad caught on and deactivated all his licenses. Then from there I think he decided to be a bitch about it and pass the lost to us instead of taking it himself.

I wouldnt even really care that much but i had got it right before i left to visit family in toronto and my moms house has cable with 1 i.p adress that wont change even if you change the mac adress. I never got to use it to at least make my money back.

He was a real helpful patient guy as well but I'm 100% sure he's avoiding this situation.

The only people who know the real story are the people who bought it.

Kanye west was on another forum selling CLAD licenses $150 a piece. They were not all the same license because if they were, they'd be deactivated as CLAD has a deactivation mechanism if the license is used on a different computer than before. I don't know how he got so many licenses, but he did, and they were all connected to his name (paypal name too)

He claimed to come back on the 29th from vacation. Nothing.

His last login on BHW was the 26th. His last login on "the other forum" where he sold us the licenses was 1-3-10. That's 7 days from his last login on BHW, and even longer from when he claimed to come back.

Really..? You guys decide. There's another thread where 5 + people claimed their licenses are no longer working from kanye west. They'll probably post here soon. Not to mention, kanyewest probably sold over 30 licenses because not everyone is speaking up, and not everything from the other forum has a BHW account.

The price is very cheap. He was selling CLAD licenses at $250, lowered to $200, down to $100 even at one point.... Shady ass dude. Read the IM convo I posted earlier in the thread. I did NOT edit anything.

caught by your own greed, you fail to make rational decisions. It looks as if he should
be on the shit list but come on guys? You were buying something well below it's value,
Didn't you dot the i's and cross the t's before parting with any money?
You're playing in a dark playground watch out for the spooks. We've seen people with
bigger reputations turn bad before.
I don't buy "puss in a bag" I want to know what I'm getting before parting with money.
