Oh yeah as though he told us that he won't give the password after installation. Come on we have common sense. It's cheap yes but that doesn't give him right to scam. It's just like those cheap sales in shopping centres..you get a mp3 for a cheap price and buys it, then it doesn't work and you get a new one or a refund, simple as that. YOU still buy it because it's cheap!

I am sure everyone has. Just need the person in question to hopefully protect his rep (what he has of it) to show perhaps?
Another thing people need to start giving itraders to help warn others as well

Yes it's wrong and it's bad and the worse thing that will happen to him is to
be banned from BHW. Do you think he will lose sleep over that? New nic, new ip. Caveat emptor I'm sure some of you guys would get eaten alive if you had to husstle the streets.
Ban the fucker but don't hold your breath for your money back.
The first thing you should ask is why is it so cheap? If it's too good to be true it probably is.

You're right, which is exactly why I wanted my refund a few days later after thinking it over. Thing is, he's a dude who has been here for a long time, been selling PVAs, and has over 50 itraders.
Another thing is that if he owns CLAD and so many licenses + PVAs, I'd "guess" he's making over $1000 a day. With that combination, you probably wouldn't think he'd just run away with a few thousand dollars. I guess not. We conclude he doesn't know how to make money on CL and he only knows how to run away with money.
Let this be a valuable lesson to you people. No matter how many itraders, jr. vip or not, long time member, etc, even if it's only for $50 or $150, you could still get scammed.
It's funny how the people with car avatars are always the scammers. Who remembers blackhatjamie and Torple? There was this other dude with a car avatar but I forgot his name. Then there's kanye west... Lol.

I've never done business with Kanye, but I'm hesitant to write him off without hearing his side of the story. It doesn't look good for him at the moment, but he may have a good reason for not being on the forum lately.

wrong.At the time he was selling the license the app wasnt working properly and many people wouldnt even spend 100$.I exchanged my app with him because i hoped that kevin would get it fixed and i would get a cheap working license.
The funny thing is as soon as kevin fixed all issues at clad the licenses stopped working.
Maybe kayne just put the lincense back to his machines so he wouldnt need to buy extra licenses again.

Ok I haven't logged on for a week but after seeing this thread, I thought I should post this.
I opened a dispute on paypal as the software was "nonfuctioning". He WON the CLAIM and said "all others are using it fine" and provided "shipping proof" (how's that possible?). As you can see, NO ONE is using it fine.
He was nice and helpful while he was around though. He IS online, but is avoiding this.

The reason he won is because it's a service and PayPal does not honor digital or services or things dealt with in person.

go to the bank and file a dispute...
when i filed a dispute w/clad+paypal....the folks at clad ignored me, and paypal told me basically to f* off...
my response to paypal was...'uh no, f* you...' i called my bank...sent them proof of unanswered support emails....and complained that paypal ignored my dispute/claim.
got my 1k back in less than 24 hours....
