You guys are too slow in delivering orders, sometimes doesn't process at all. Tried contacting support, takes like two days before getting a response

I need some answers regarding this situation before starting to take an action or unrecommending this to people and i hope to get professoinal answers instead of my previous experience with your customer support.
Firstly I picked drip-feed to get the followers in parts to avoid getting my account restricted like what happened on my first order when my account got fully restricted because i only added 5k. So the drip feed works on one and two not. more than half of the drip-feed orders got canceled and i got no refund at all and even the followers are going less and they ain't even the same as what i picked. like picking real while they are fake accounts with no posts at all and most of them without even a profile picture, Also like picking middle eastern people and getting the same people with no middle easterners at all, fake accounts with International names, like 5 out of 500 with arabian names, I also pick stable, HQ, Real packages and i just get THE SAME PEOPLE THE SAME FAKE ACCOUNTS AND THE SAME THINGS AND I ONLY PAY A HIGHER PRICE LIKE AN IDIOT.
secondly the refills are totally fake and useless because the followers are going down and the refill button never works. I make an order and it adds as an example 10k in dripfeed its 1k by 1k. so when 1k is added and the other starts too then users from the first 1k starts to unfollow and i press the refill button, it doesn't work because the second 1k started so it shows your system like oh yeah there are no unfollows happened while THERE IS and its from the same order. This is disappointing now for me because this is the second chance i gave to you expecting a good service and what i see now is a scam, I lose people i lose users and follows even when i pick Real followers, HQ followers, Stable Followers, ETC.. and all are the same followers actually and i became even more sure when i picked Middle eastern followers and i barely found a middle eastern person and all are the same..
I am an enterprenuer and my time is really expensive and you need to be really sure I am not going to waste my time typing all this for something wrong no i wont do that. but all what i said is what i have been through and i am really disappointed and I hope somebody in there helps me.
I used your service because of BHW and because of my trust in them but what i found was completely the opposite of what you promise and its all tricky and that's really disappointing but my respect is still there for BHW and i hope you SMMFOLLOWS get my respect too. Refills cannot be initiated if there is an order running for that link that is why if drops began to occur while your drip feed was in progress it naturally would get rejected. This drip feed of 8 runs was completed accordingly and the interval time was correct.

incorrect. You put it at 15 while the estimated start time of the service is 0-1 hours. The correct interval time would have been 60 or more because 1 hour is 60 minutes.This contributed to the irregular delivery of counts because there was not enough interval time in between the orders.

Please let us know what nationalities of followers you received from this orders so we can have our developer check this issue. For this drip feed the interval time was also incorrect. You put it at 25 while the estimated start time of the service is 0-3 hours. The correct interval time would have been 180 or more.This contributed to the irregular delivery of counts because there was not enough interval time in between the orders.
Your last and 4th drip feed order 6022613 of (30 runs) was under a non real service ID1816 Instagram Followers | Cheap | Fast | HQ | R30 | MAX 10K

The correct interval time would have been 60 or more.This contributed to the irregular delivery of counts because there was not enough interval time in between the orders. It is also for this reason 16 out of the 30 runs got cancelled. If you check the cancelled orders
closely they have it noted "0.00" under the charge status. This means they have already been refunded and the credits returned to your account balance. The 14 runs out of 30where delivered with irregular counts as a result of the wrong interval time in between each run.
The accounts you mentioned were fake with no profile photos may have come from the cheap followers services as this are not real followers accounts. The irregularities in delivery of these orders are a result of the wrong settings and perhaps misinformation on how to use the service.
