No. I didnt call them. Just filled the contact form and it got reactivated.

Your account is suspended : Your account has an unpaid balance. Yes, that is a recent issue and I have had many such accounts reactivated after appealing and able to further use the same accounts. Just appeal even that kind of a suspension. Make the appeal detailed. Oh, yes, there is no manual review of the appeal, it is all algorithmic, but those algorithms "see" if the appeal is brief or detailed.

The best I think is to contact support and let them know what's going with your account, and also get ready to clear your full balance.

i only created 3 accounts recently and non of them got the unpaid balance message, so i thought that the problem is fixed and google doesn't suspend your account for unpaid balance anymore, but i have to create more to make sure of that.

Negative, i created 5 accounts today but with no luck.
but i spoke with a friend and he confirm that he manage to get G.Ads without unpaid balance ban.
