Google ads unpaid balance

Hey guys

last days i have some problem after spending 20$ or 10$ acc getting error your account have unpaid balance evet 1 account with 0 spending is same error

but thershold is 350$ How can happening this maybe is any update ?

Do anybody have same problem ?

Lately, the accounts are suspended for unpaid balance because of their system error. I already was on chat with them. Is an error from their charging system.

By any chance do you have invoicing account available ?
 
Well they tell the "technical error" story every time, so I doubt it's real, they've been telling me this last year, when I increased budget too rapidly and went into review.
 
This problem appeared with the new update. Like any problem, I think this is a short-term error. But there are usually no short-term problems, and this is why accounts with thresholds becomes difficult. I think it might be harder now.
 
Still anyone facing this same problem? or it's fixed? :)

Please kindly update if you have latest news.

Let's wait hopefully there will be solutions. I am keep researching with multiple things even I'd tried to charge via mine own card after all the problem still appears " unpaid suspensions " some account spend around $30 then again the same problem, must be google glitch or any other's update. Let's wait till 01th July to see what's going on. In the meanwhile if anyone have any new update please feel free to share.
 
I faced the same issue on two of my accounts. I reached out to them and they reactivated accounts within a couple of hours.

I think its a bug at their end

You paid the balance, or they reactivate it without paying?
 
I deposited money in one account manually, and had a balance of around $200 in it. Made a campaign and it was suspended because of "Unpaid Balance" :D :D :D

Same thing here, they don't debit it automatically

Anyone tried to pay it manually from the billing page and got the account reactivated?

Did call them or just sent an appeal? And how long it takes to reply to you?
