if you got access to 2000 phones, i would recommend to create a central dashboard to send commands to those phones to do things like, play a youtube video url , set proxies etc.
the phones can emulate normal human activity, like browsing , checking emails, then watching videos etc to keep the accounts warmed up and they will never get banned.

also use residential proxies to get the views registered on studio.

but more than this physical phone thing, i would recommend to make an optimized bot that would use less resources and can run on powerful vps servers to emulate the same fingerprints like a phone and send more views.
you need to get some coder to re code the android source code and make it less resource intensive and remove unecessary code and make it more optimized.
then it will use lesser resources and you can run more views/viewers on the VPS.
each viewer will run inside an emulator instance.

use strong high specs dedicated vps.
alternatively you can also create a browse bot, doing the same human activity.
but there should be no fingerprint leaks from each browser instance or the views wont count.
multi login uses anti fingerprint technology.

There is these guy on instagram - '@ytwithcody' who brags about mentoring people by guiding them build 10k per month YT Channels. I guess he uses cash cow niches. But I don't know if he is genunine. Anyway, I found a complete YT Automation Program that was available on github that takes videos from twitch and makes a compilation video ( All the process was automated ). Even Reddit text to speech method was automated by that programmer. Now I find that YT automation really are popping everywhere.

Questions:
1. Can you also specify what are the current cash cow niches?
2. Your methodology for YT-Automation?
3. What to avoid while YT-Automation?
4. How to ideally run multiple YT Channels? - I have 10 Right now it's very hard to manage them

I make multiple channels on a single email using brand channel feature but the problem that I faced was that even if one channel gets a strike all the other brand accounts that are connected with that email cannot be accessed too. both play equally important role to get video suggested to new audience.
afterall some of your subs dont turn on all notifications for your channel.
these subs usually end up discovering your video on their homepages which counts as "browse features".

In that "grinding method" the video is set for kids? or for adults but not restricted?

no you dont need to do that. yt algo undertands and tracks which account watches what content and recommends the content accordingly.

the kids use their parents phone/accounts to watch, so dont be suprised if you see the age of the people watching your content as 30 to 40 years old , under analytics.
its just kids using their parents phones lol.

these guys usually do the following:
1. sell the channels
2. they private old videos & convert to gaming/kids channel with original content and monetize them later.
3. they endscreen or do community post shoutouts for their main monetized channels using this spam traffic.

Im not sure about this. A lot of channels don't upload too often and get 1+ million views per video. If you are uploading often chances are you are uploading trash because its physically impossible to come up with good videos frequently. Unless you are famous and have a cult personality and people will watch you every day do anything (like pewdiepie etc).

Also, about buying a 50k-100k subs channel to start with. Isn't this counterproductive? when you upload a video the subs of that account will unsub because they didn't originally sub for these videos. So many people don't even remember they are subbed to a channel and they are reminded when you upload a video, if they aren't interested they unsub. Even with a big channel with organic growth I get bad performing videos sometimes that start with a loss of subs and eventually pick up new subs if it manages to get recommended. Having subs is a double edged sword because of this. You need them for stats so the bot knows you are an authority channel but at the same time often like 90% of views come from new unsubbed people from the recommended section unless again you are famous and people actively want to watch you all the time.

Also im very confused at how stablished channels all of a sudden just stop ranking. For instance im looking at a 3 million sub channel that is averaging 50-90k views per video and other channel in the same niche around the same size is average 2 million views per video with a net of 2 million views per day, vs 200k-300k per day on the other channel. Similar upload rate or even less. And again im not sure how relevant upload rate is anyway. Things just seem so fucking random at this point. Some channels strike a hit and run and every single video gets recommended hitting 2+ million on average and others become stuck in this bad luck loop and probably those new low view videos net a negative sub count per video because that is what happens when a video doesn't perform on a big channel. Its like some channels become cursed randomly while others, same niche and crappier videos keep ranking. Im talking anonymous channels. I haven't uploaded in like 3 months working on a video and my last videos have been performing good for all this time and I also needed a break. This video has so much editing and good quality and should net great retention in this niche, however im very discouraged how competition is creating crappy videos and ranking so many views daily, and then others are trying the same and even better quality but don't. It's so fucking random. What scares me the most is that if you upload a few videos in a row that don't peform the algorithm puts you into the cursed zone and you are stuck no longer getting the videos to be recommended. That is why also uploading often is a double edged sword imo. I think its better to upload less but try that every video is a success. But yeah I wish I was able to get away with upload half arsed stuff more often and rank a ton of views. I may give this approach a try and see what happens but like I said before im worried that if you get 3 or 4 bad performing videos in a row the algorithm fucks you up and you get stuck in no rank city.

remember that consistency + spam uploading is just a known method to get faster entry ticket into the algortihm.
low effort spammers usually exploit this spam uploading method to enter algorithm fast.

so what you are saying is not false, it is infact true.
if you make GOD level content, you will have a diffrent placement in the algorithm.

the algorithm is divided into multiple parts.

videos , livestreams ,shorts all have different algorithm placements.
those algos work differently.

similarly there are people who get placed into this god level side of the algorithm.
they can upload maybe once after 6 months and still get millions of views due to their outstanding quality of content.

if you look at his upload frequency, its so low + his most popular videos uploaded years back, still get suggested to this day and bring most of his daily views.

Wouldn't that get demonetized as trashy spammy content? And that considering you ever get approved for monetization with such a channel, because it has to be manually reviewed and I doubt nowadays standard would allow that content to get monetized. It's truly garbage lol.
So I assume this works in a bought monetized account until someone on YT finds out and or the algorithm notices its spammy crap and demonetizes it.

since they have grown into big sub size channel , algo will give higher priority.

do the same shorts spam across multiple channels. some will perform better.
some may last longer in algorithm, so diversify to multiple channels to increase your chances.

also remember that, if your views stop after a day, it means algo recommended your video to some audience and they probably liked it, but when it was recommending further, the people did not respond as well as the first batch of audience or your competition may have had bettter performing videos, hence your suggestions are killed/dropped, so keep making new videos and adapt to increase your exposure.

another point to note is that, suggestions also depends on channel size,views(authority).
there are daily and monthly view threshold limits that are usually placed on channels from my experience.
so you may have also hit your view limit for the day.
this view threshold/limit will increase as your channel keeps growing, but also remember that it can die at any point.
it will never keep going up forever unless you are making some insane content.

but again there are exceptions obviously, if something seems like a trend or goes super viral, it can gain millions of views and go well beyond your channels daily/monthly views limit, even if it is a small channel.
but sadly not everyone will have that luck.

if you sell clothes/merch, thats on an ecommerce store of yours, for that, create a tiktok compilation channel.
maybe go to microworker sites and pay someone a small amount of money to download and repost videos to your tiktok compilation channel.
let them post 1 to 5 videos per day.
within a month or few , the channel will blow, once it does, start adding your ecommerce site links to the video description.
someone that i know for example does this method, gains high traffic per day and around 20M views a month.
makes a conversion of 200$ to 400$ per day in pure sales from his cloth store.
they also combine this with the copyright claiming method to make even more money.

people who watch fashion, celebriy or tiktok channels will usually be interested to buy clothes/merch.
so the conversion of your store's sales also depends on the yt content niche.
so for now i can recommend you to sell merch. this is something that i know that works.

also remember to use shorts content to do this. shorts videos of tiktok blow up faster and you can generate more sales.

remember that the vietnamese guys have access to the best suggestion bots in the world.
so there is no point trying to compare/compete them.
all of their spam channels appear on youtube home page, in incognito window.
thats the power of their bots.
it pushes their videos to browse features.
these guys are making a few million per month and own 1000s of channels.
they have offices with employees to spam youtube for them and also dedicated spaces with bot servers and phone farms.
they destroy all competition.

well from what i know, kids content have super low rpm like 0.11, 0.22,0.30 etc
but the large amount of views compensate for the low cpm/rpm.
so dont expect high cpm from this.

however i need to verify the last part which i haven't tested yet.
im not 100% sure if changing to "made for kids", will increase recommendations.
at the end of the day yt algo can identify the core content with the help of their machine learning algorithms.
it scans everything and will already suggest your content to the desired audience who watches similar content.
algo knows difference between kids content and non kids content.
it can easily identify the content type and will recommend it accordingly.
