I can not see what this guy did but his channel is 12-16 months, and it is like almost from beginning he had a lot of views and gained subs very fast

I doubt this is whitehat
 
Good day. I have successful experience in creating YouTube Doorways. I created a promotional video and made hundreds and thousands of unique copies of it, which YouTube saw as unique.

But I would be wondering if you have any experience in this matter? If there is, what parameters of the video would you complain about changing in order to get even more copies from one video?

They all have individual accounts and they can all be used normally.
All are automated.

After reading all of your replies, I understand that you really know everything about YT. Now, I want to know how the YT Automation game is played. There is these guy on instagram - '@ytwithcody' who brags about mentoring people by guiding them build 10k per month YT Channels. I guess he uses cash cow niches. But I don't know if he is genunine. Anyway, I found a complete YT Automation Program that was available on github that takes videos from twitch and makes a compilation video ( All the process was automated ). Even Reddit text to speech method was automated by that programmer. Now I find that YT automation really are popping everywhere.

Questions:
1. Can you also specify what are the current cash cow niches?
2. Your methodology for YT-Automation?
3. What to avoid while YT-Automation?
4. How to ideally run multiple YT Channels? - I have 10 Right now it's very hard to manage them

I make multiple channels on a single email using brand channel feature but the problem that I faced was that even if one channel gets a strike all the other brand accounts that are connected with that email cannot be accessed too. Any advise on avoiding such problems. If not how to make multiple channels. Using Multiple web emails?

look at all those big music videos getting few 100M views within few days.
these are all out of the scope of the algorithm. all crazy external promotion that force algo to make the videos even more viral.

you wont get demonetized for fake views.


yea you need to do those first, then after that buy fake views, likes and comments.
do it one aged youtube accounts or buy authority channels and post.

the funny part is its not blackhat. maybe it is, idk what to call it.
but its one of youtubes biggest secret. its right infront of us, but nobody knows.
its a way to enter recommendation.
however ill give you a teaser now.

its called the "grinding method" , keep spam uploading until you enter the algorithm.
keep spam uploading even if you get zero views, maybe for weeks or months, eventually one of the vidoes will go viral and the channel will blow.
sometimes it could happen earlier. the shorts content is more viral, so they spam a lot an get few million views within a week or 2

note that this does not work on trash content,
if you look at the alien channel, they spam upload many videos and one if it enters algo and the channel goes viral.
its the alien shorts method.
i've been doing it myself.
they spam 20 videos a day to quickly enter algorithm.
no need smm panel or fake views.
grinding is the main organic way to go virlal but its funny that majority of people dont know this.

however to conclude the main reason behind the rapid growth of this channel is youtube shorts.
you already know that shorts is being given huge priority right now due to competition with tiktok so you will get more views if you use shorts

In that "grinding method" the video is set for kids? or for adults but not restricted?
Are keywords neccessary in that?

Even if the channel gets subs then it won't be monetised for sure so later can it pivot to different niche?

Im not sure about this. A lot of channels don't upload too often and get 1+ million views per video. If you are uploading often chances are you are uploading trash because its physically impossible to come up with good videos frequently. Unless you are famous and have a cult personality and people will watch you every day do anything (like pewdiepie etc).

Also, about buying a 50k-100k subs channel to start with. Isn't this counterproductive? when you upload a video the subs of that account will unsub because they didn't originally sub for these videos. So many people don't even remember they are subbed to a channel and they are reminded when you upload a video, if they aren't interested they unsub. Even with a big channel with organic growth I get bad performing videos sometimes that start with a loss of subs and eventually pick up new subs if it manages to get recommended. Having subs is a double edged sword because of this. You need them for stats so the bot knows you are an authority channel but at the same time often like 90% of views come from new unsubbed people from the recommended section unless again you are famous and people actively want to watch you all the time.

Also im very confused at how stablished channels all of a sudden just stop ranking. For instance im looking at a 3 million sub channel that is averaging 50-90k views per video and other channel in the same niche around the same size is average 2 million views per video with a net of 2 million views per day, vs 200k-300k per day on the other channel. Similar upload rate or even less. And again im not sure how relevant upload rate is anyway. Things just seem so fucking random at this point. Some channels strike a hit and run and every single video gets recommended hitting 2+ million on average and others become stuck in this bad luck loop and probably those new low view videos net a negative sub count per video because that is what happens when a video doesn't perform on a big channel. Its like some channels become cursed randomly while others, same niche and crappier videos keep ranking. Im talking anonymous channels. I haven't uploaded in like 3 months working on a video and my last videos have been performing good for all this time and I also needed a break. This video has so much editing and good quality and should net great retention in this niche, however im very discouraged how competition is creating crappy videos and ranking so many views daily, and then others are trying the same and even better quality but don't. It's so fucking random. What scares me the most is that if you upload a few videos in a row that don't peform the algorithm puts you into the cursed zone and you are stuck no longer getting the videos to be recommended. That is why also uploading often is a double edged sword imo. I think its better to upload less but try that every video is a success. But yeah I wish I was able to get away with upload half arsed stuff more often and rank a ton of views. I may give this approach a try and see what happens but like I said before im worried that if you get 3 or 4 bad performing videos in a row the algorithm fucks you up and you get stuck in no rank city.

Wouldn't that get demonetized as trashy spammy content? And that considering you ever get approved for monetization with such a channel, because it has to be manually reviewed and I doubt nowadays standard would allow that content to get monetized. It's truly garbage lol.
So I assume this works in a bought monetized account until someone on YT finds out and or the algorithm notices its spammy crap and demonetizes it.
 
Does buying views from SMM panels still work for boosting videos?
