Hello my main site tanked last month losing 60% of all traffic and it keeps going down after doing every page optimization that I can think of. I changed hosting, removed ads, made images even lighter, everything.

I have looked into other sites in my niche and most of them are stable. The ones that lost some ranking lost only 20% at most. I don't know what happened.

I need someone experienced enough to help me figure out what I did wrong.

I never build backlinks, made content appealing and well researched, made custom images etc.

Anyone willing to help me out here? I can provide access to my GSC, Analytics

check your site in lighthouse. check your site on ahrefs. If youve done 301 dns redirects that would explain some trouble.

1) I have checked. Lighthouse is reflecting old data even when Ive made changes. And those changes are now 7+ days old.

2) The data above in the picture is from Ahrefs.

3) No I haven't made any 301s.

lighthouse doesnt reflect old data. If you are using a CDN like cloudflare or a cache you should clear them.

I have cleared everything but the 28 day average isn't shifting. My lab data is quite pretty but origins still in red with no signs of a shift.

are new sites in the top 3 positions for your primary keyword? or you are the only who got shuffled around?

Check your site with site:yourdomain.com and see if it is in the first position, if it is not in the first position, it has received a penalty.

Note: the verification must be done on the search that you want to position .com (us), .es ( Spain), etc. Use PVN for that.

If your rank decrease from 1 to 4 it's normal, maybe this is the cause of traffic decrease

But from 1 to 100+ means punishment

If you are using cloudflare just remove it, and let the website for a month, see if something changes.

Remove cloudflare, switch to your host NS, clear cache on your wordpress dashboard and then let the website alone for a whole month.
Why i think cloudflare has anything to do with this? Two years ago when i started a website i decided to use cloudflare, i would get lots of keywords ranked in countries which where not relevant to me (targeting US/CA/UK market and getting Nigeria traffic which was useless), after that i noticed that my keywords in english speaking countries returned to normal and the traffic too.
You might not see improvements in a few days but one month should be enough to see some positive results.
