I have pages similar to the picture below. Should I remove the h1 tags for SEO and make the h2 -> h1

Yes as you are wasting your chances of ranking those pages

Make it unique H1 tag for every page

thank you for answers.

Every page should have a unique H1 to rank better. Do alter the H1.

Example: On-Page SEO: The Definitive Guide (2021)

My keyword is "On-Page SEO" and i added "The Definitive Guide (2021)" to make it unique

Pages with the same h1 tags will cannibalize each other. Make all h1's and h2's unique.

What if I have several pages?
All separate page has same H1
Page1:On-Page SEO: The Definitive Guide (2021)
Page2:On-Page SEO: The Definitive Guide (2021)
Is it good or not?

Lol. Every H1 must be unique, like every page is unique. What's the point of duplicating one resource. It doesn't make sense from the logical point of view.

Think buddy.

While making H1 unique also focus on your keyword. It's not good having same H1 in every page.

The only H1 you should have is your post/page title; whats the point to have same h1 for more posts? You should target different keywords for different posts not different posts with same keywords, whats the logic?

thank you "buddy". A content has more than 1 page to maximize ad impression.

Content has more than 1 page to maximize ad impression. for example;

(main conten)-> 50 Best New York City Photos (next button redirect to page2)
(second page)- - > 10 New York photos
(third page) - - > 10 New York photos
etc...

Pretty much what i said :P

First page - 50 Best new york photos
Second page - 10 best autumn photos of new york
Third page - 10 best party photos in new york

And so on... this is what i meant, this way you will target the main KW (best new york photos) on the first page, and in the next pages you will target long tails of the main KW.
Cheers
