Working out every single day, that's a routine for me. I can't even go a day without it.
On the other hand I have some pretty messed up Eating Disorder

My first taste of Chicken Tikka blow my mind how good it tasted then not sure if connected I started songwriting after had not sure if it connected or not.

My negative I sometimes turn shy over things so make me go from confident to nervous occasionally

I threw away my mobile phone back in 2009/10 and never used it again.

I use it sometimes strictly to read sports news in my bathroom :D and sometimes to watch series or movies when I go to sleep.

We do not understand how much that small crap can take away from us...

How is it possible? I couldn't live without my phone, and I'm not kidding lol

I understand you, especially if you are younger and raised with phones around you.

I was lucky that back in the days, the devil was not yet so big like today, still, it was taking so much from me.

The negativity that little crap kept bringing into my life, uuuh...

I mean, that's just me... We are all different.

The biggest "habit" for me would have to be becoming a father. While not a habit in itself, it made it necessary for me to get good habits and better discipline. Especially with twins. It gets a bit easier when you have responsibilities for others, even if it sounds counterintuitive.

For me, most positive habit was learning how to properly note taking in class/meetings and pretty much in life

Focus.

Stop wasting time in stupid projects, focus in the projects that work, and delete the rest.

And writing all my agenda, strategy, and workflow for every one with timelines in Asana

Similar to @Nafelicious, becoming a father has taught me that I will (need to) grow more patient AND I need to focus on not having a shallow mindset--more thinking about long term things nowadays. It's crazy, but in a good way

Corporate bs.

Try wanking 3 times a day. It cures the mental fog. Eat cashew nuts instead of cheetos. Replace pizza with chicken.
Remove facebook. Install LinkedIn. Build personal brand.
Remove everything from your field of vision except your monitor, paper and pen.
Do one task at a time. Learn to recognize when you're getting exhausted. Take a long break if you start to feel overwhelmed - instantly.
Don't use earphones and utilize the power of your voice. Get up frequently and don't forget to piss.

What you start soon after you wake up, you'll do for the rest of the day. Really.

I just told you 8 years of struggle in 2 minutes.
