Every IP change would mean IP recycling, that's very bad for the quality.

If you want new IPs daily you should check out Cloakfish
Shared proxy services often offer monthly IPs that's also an alternative.

Yep when going for exclusive IPs you'll always need a PVA

DSL/residential, Cloakfish, "new" public proxies can be used for non-PVA postings but often with low success rates and you need to stay in the same geo location.
Craigslist becomes harder every few months, it's a shame

If you need new IPs every day you'll have no good IP quality, that's a whole different thing, check out Cloakfish if you need that.

I don't know about Craigslist but I received a bunch of positive comments about it from customers.
The IPs are fresh.

You can start using a small license and upgrade for no extra fee as you have success

I'm not familiar with that application but from what I read it sounded like a massive-spam tool.
In that case : sorry, no.

A more anonymous/shared solution like Cloakfish would be better suited.
seo-proxies is high quality and exclusive, and dedicated IPs are always a problem when you are spamming many different people.
A part is always pissed and looks for ways to strike back that often hit the proxy supplier (in worst case legal action takes place which is trouble for the proxy customer and the supplier)

Something like senuke as example is no problem, it's not massive spam.
xrumer or prstorm on the other side are pure spam tools and not allowed.
