Put money in my balance - sent two orders in, one order didn't work and the other was half fulfilled - there was no refund of money back into my balance or explanation why it didn't work properly except for an automated reply but it says it's completed - please help.

I've opened tickets for over 30 hours, opened another - live chat said they couldnt help - would appreciate a response back on my ticket(s) please - username is diamonddash2k and ticket#27150 - order numbers is 4612817
