Your credit card payment option (Stripe) does not work. I made two deposits, $100 and $50 to test but neither shows up in my balance afterwards even though the funds have been withdrawn from my bank.

I contacted support with a ticket and they told me to contact Stripe directly? Can you assist? My username is wolfscry1. If this can't be resolved I would have to dispute the card with my card company. I was hoping to use you long term as I typically spend 1k/month.

Hello, you informed us that the payment process does not work.

Stripe is already activated for you, and the payment you add should load automatically in 0-45 minutes

You mentioned that you made two payments. The payment was not received on Stripe, please double check if the payment left your bank and if it did please contact Stripe for a transaction ID.

However, if you were not debited then please try to add funds again.

We intend to resolve all payment queries accurately and on a priority basis.
