Something like Affiliate Marketing - you get a commission for specific action.

Find solid offers, do some reviews, add video, add site in the description, rinse and repeat.
Search about it on YouTube or BHW, you'll get a better idea.
It's not that hard but it's not easy also...
You can try CPABuild for example or simply search for "best" CPA networks 2021.
Keep in mind that some networks will have some requirements before letting you join them.
Again, you have to do your own homework about this one, and that is research.
I mean, I can guide you all day but you'll do it better once you start reading and watching.
Remember, failure is not even an option
