Quetext vs Grammarly?

Hi!

I just did a plagiarism check on both. On Quetext it showed 42% and on Grammarly it only showed 2%. The writer i hired uses Grammarly checker and says the 2% is fine. Is it though?

Also in Quetext, it did find sentences from related websites. And part of the sentences was mostly identical. Or is Quetext just nitpicking too much?

It costs like 10 cents to check 1000 words, so with $10 (what I usually deposit a couple of times per year) I can check 100k words. For me this isn't expensive, but I'm not a powerhouse of a SEOer, I just casually check a few dozen articles once a year, so....

Some plagiarism checkers like 1text and quetext show higher plagiarism. Copyscape is industry standard. I've used copyscape passed articles with over 60% plagiarism on 1text without any issues and some of them ranked on Google.

Isn't it good to use multiple plagiarism checkers though? I'm thinking if it passes on Grammarly, but Quetext picks up some issues, and those issues show related websites covering the same topic, then it wouldn't hurt to change those sentences no? But if it shows unrelated websites and nitpicking on generic words, then it can just be ignored?

I see... doesn't sound so expensive. More used to monthly or yearly payments so I didn't like it when I saw that I had to pay depending on how much I checked. Might go for CS in the future if I do more writing/editing jobs.

Logically, CS is cheaper because you only pay when you use it, whereas monthly services will charge you no matter if you use them or not. Not trying to convince you to like CS, don't worry, I was just speaking my mind up

Yes, 1text often see plagiarism when there's none. Maybe Quetext works like that too

I would suggest Grammarly as a best alternative for quetext as the latter lags some functionality than the Grammarly.
When you go for webcontent, copyscape also works well

Did not want to use it due to its pricing but now that you put it that way, I think i would give it a try
