Samples sent to all! Buy one Get One Free offer still stands! Here's an updated screenshot of one of our recently built sites. Only 2 pages built and no links yet. Considering remodeling leads can easily sell for $50+ this should be a pretty profitable site once ranked.
I love this business model because earnings are way higher than review and info. sites that often require tens of thousands of words of content and a decent link building budget. People compete over a select few decent keywords. Yet with local lead gen. it's still just as easy/hands off as review style sites (you can sell form/call leads automatically to a network) and the pool of keywords is way bigger (I estimate in the millions just for the USA, possibly more). A single page website can make $500+ even $1,000+ in some niches/areas yet you'd likely need tens of thousands of words of content and healthy SEO budget to earn the same amount elsewhere. There's really not much stopping you from scaling to a large profitable portfolio of sites.
If anyone's interested in me doing some sort of AMA here on BHW let me know. I might put something together if I have time.
