Does airtel blocks call for jio users?[Need help form Indian brothers]

Hello there
This might sound stupid but its happening me from almost 2 years.
I am using 2 sims jio,airtel.

Does airtel blocks incoming calls and messages from jio [used as second sim] when its recharge pack is over[jio has active recharge pack]

I have to have recharge plan on both sims.
If airtel's recharge is over then my incoming calls n messages from jio also gets blocked even if jio has proper recharge pack.
What should I do?
Just dont say stop using airtel!!
Any another solution ?
Is this any kind of call barring setting or blocked from service level?

it use to happen when jio initially launched. now everything is normal. ( i have both jio & airtel )
I guess recharge pack is compulsory on both career since 4G is data dependent ( when recharge is over on airtel, you are disconnected from the internet )

Jio let's you receive call and sms for few months even if recharge is over but for Airtel you need to recharge for incoming or outgoing. For now there is no blocking done at service level by Airtel.

Thanks man i got that.
But it is happening even if jio has recharge pack. Still there is no calls n messages because recharge pack of airtel is over.

You need data for receiving calls as well ( With 4G ) - Since JIO doesn't have 2G bands. Calls won't connect.
