Yes that's why vaxed personnel will be replaced within 3 years in all the top companies, because the vaccines are so "good and effective".

So when target vaccination rates of >50% are reached who will they be replacing them with? Why only the top companies? What special access do HR people have to information? If staff in the HR department are vaccinated will they be replacing themselves?

I got my vaccine last week. Glad I could take it earlier than most people here as I suffer from pretty bad asthma. Countries like Phillipines barely get any solid vaccine, and need to do it with cheap and fake ass brands.

But yeah, I understand that most people on here are against vaccinations as most on this forum probably don't even go outside.

I am happy that my country is vaccinating at a rapid speed. A friend of mine who has a brain tumor finally got an appointment at the hospital after being delayed for a year because of a full IC.

It's your right not get a vaccine. That is where we agree. But you also need to understand that you are not the only one with rights. Private business owners have a right to refuse you entry because you do not have a vaccine. As well as that for jobs where you are in close contact with other people, I think it's very acceptable that employer requires a vaccine to make it safer for other employees, partners and clients.
If you're fine with that - no problem. Do what you want.

No business owner that is in the right mind would deny customers based on vaccination. That has to be the stupidest thing I've heard, no one, and I repeat NO ONE, is going to let their business lose sales and alienate a customer base by denying entry based on vaccination status. That's truly insane.

Imagine the billions and billions of dollars made by the pharmaceutical companies from the vaccine, not to mention the mask producers anD the auxiliary medical supplies industry. All from the taxpayer money.

One might ask how easy and cost effiecient it's to hire a team of virologists to develop a virus and spread it around. Probably shouldn't cost more than 5 million USD.

And I maintain a small list of business owners who have been incredibly stupidly vocal on being anti-vaccine, and I would turn down working for them… it is a thing, and people need to be aware of it.
