Payoneer without a doubt like the member Kenobii mentioned is simple and majority of the networks use it to pay publishers. Many freelancers also use it for sending and receiving

Been using them for more than 2 years now and no complaints whatsoever

Been using Payoneer for the past 2-3 years and I am very happy with them.

Even more so given the recent issue with Payoneer´s card issuer (Wirecard) and how they handle everything I am more than confident to continue being their customer.

My comment is biased since I have never used Paysera before but, if it is actually better than Payoneer it can´t be by that much.

I've been using it for 5 years and never had a problem, even though I move a lot of money. They have sent me prepaid cards via DHL without additional costs, the support has been better, but still good...
