There are many good and reliable 4G suppliers out there, almost always they offer free or very cheap samples for testing.
the price range is 70-90 $ per proxy, per month.

I'm using now proxies from gramproxy - https://gramproxy.com/
they have special proxies for instagram, I'm using it for more than a month, and it's working very good. the price is more than reasonable.

you can also try luminati - http://luminati.io/ - they have a different pricing plan (per GB - not unlimited ) it can be more expensive, but it very much depends on the amount of data you use.

I'd check the marketplace, pick a few sellers and DM them for trials. I think the best way to actually decide if the proxies are worth the money is by trying out the products with some test cases.
