Summary
This VCC/VBA service has been tested by the marketplace moderation team to ensure that it meets the standards for the marketplace. The VCC & VBA were delivered with the VCC number, expiration date, and a three-digit security code. The VCC was used to verify a new Paypal account.

It works on Google Ads Depends upon your method.

Can a US VBA be used on another country's Paypal like Iceland?
