I've been trying to improve the performance of this particular site especially with speed and UX. I've managed to improve the Google page speed insight from around 17 to between 88 and 90 it varies sometimes but within this range for both mobile and desktop views.

Unfortunately, these improves did not influence(positively) the CLS(cumulative layout shift) and the LCP(largest contentful paint) of this website. Both numbers are above the recommended.

I've done my best even deactivating important plugins , still nothing positive. Attached are some images from the result of the Page Speed Analysis.

It's basically them same on both mobile and desktop.

The ET-Bloom you see there is an important plugin I use in colleting email but had to deactivate it, yet this still shows up here. Asides that, what else can I do to fix my LCP and CLS issue?

I do feel this is one of the major reasons this site isn't ranking well as it's on page 1 and topmost part of page 2 of most of it's keywords.

Do you run ads? If yes reach out to the ad management company to lazy load them

I have removed all ads. They were actually one of the first things I removed to get here

To improve CLS you need to reserve space for ads and images.
And you're showing origin summary in this image which shows the data of last 28 days.
You need to see lab data under origin summary for current speed stats
