You Crypto Guys Are Missing the Boat!

After what happened with Musk, and the fact that a guy tweeting could crash the market.. I would highly advise serious people around here to not look at cryptos for short or long term..

The "to the moon" phenomena appeared like 200 times through our history and it always finish in the same way, like tulips..

Cryptos are no different except for the fact it can be manipulated better than any financial instrument ever...

My advice is to look at stocks and get out of this crypto bubble, BTB had a good point about looking for fundamentals of companies and where they invest.

But this crypto trend is like dropshipping taught by youtubers, a get quick rich scheme. Do your research with diligence, and be conscious of fomo...

We are marketer and it's our job to understand how to target people and sell to them.

We are the right target audience on this forum, it goes as far as to open a crypto section on BHW, I wait the casino section, the poker section and the astrology section with impatience, let's make some big money...

Let binance come with IPO, it will be huge.

Great advice. I will consider looking into this...Thanks

You don't get the point. It doesn't matter if you are investing in crypto or crypto related companies. If the crypto prices go south, the stocks of the crypto related companies will also go south.

Saying that it's better to buy crypto stocks, instead of just buying crypto is false statement.

Check what happened with the stocks of oil companies last year when no one was traveling and the gas prices went really low. Most people got rekt, no matter if they were trading oil or oil related stocks, but some particular individuals made a killing from it, by "hodling" oil, or buying the oil related stocks at their dip.

It isn't important what assets you trade if you know when to enter and exit.

My point is that there's no perfect asset (even gold isn't perfect, it's hard to move) and saying something is better then something else basing your statement on almost nothing is not cool. That way you might trick some people to buy crypto related stocks instead of some other assets they've chosen.

You may have missed this:

do not have the whiplash back and forth that the actual coins do and have other aspects that give value and the crypto aspect is a part of a larger picture.

Volatility was my point and I probably did not do a good job accentuating that.

BTW, how is Square doing as I know they put a few dollars into BTC?

Great choice and Advice but Invested in coinbase on market entry . I'm down by almost 20%.

Again, for long term sake , Maybe a great decision.
Check the price again, after 10 years

Not as good as BTC on yearly basis mate.

Square sits on below x4, while BTC is at x10 and above.

Volatility is your friend if you know how to play the game. The volatile assets are always going to be hot.

I'll give you another example about something with highly volatile price - grain.

Would you rather trade grain (if you could store it and move it easily) or you would trade stocks of grain related companies?

I've traded grain and liked it as it was not as volatile as lumber for instance. I do not follow the commodities markets much anymore as I no longer trade there so grain may be extremely volatile these days but back in the 90's when I traded it was a slow mover and selling puts was an easy bang for your buck.

Square, although not a darling stock by any means and actually a boring one, is a slow mover and has a bought a fair amount of BTC.

Stocks like that will help BTC become mainstream and will benefit from making BTC mainstream.

Volatility is fine if you that is how you like to play in that kind of market and I do have some BTC as well as a few other coins as I spread things out but that is not major money for us as I prefer that things be a little more steady.

Without a doubt if I was 30 years old I'd be more aggressive in the crypto world but at some point you lay off those fast and furious actions and go to markets/investments that are a lot more steady even if the return is not going to be as high should you time things correctly.

Crypto is one big bubble. Invest, get in ride to some higher price, sell and get out.

I do not think it is a bubble.

I think it is here to stay and will end up as a mainstream option at some point for all and the pricing is reasonable.

I thought we all knew this. Companies first adopting to Crypto on the stock market, Owning Crypto ATM’s, Creating Crypto blogs are all super safe options rather than investing in Crypto directly. Create a YouTube channel based around crypto and promote crypto affiliate links.
