YES! This is exactly why I wrote this thread all those years ago.. its exactly why THIS thread was one of the most popular and was a sticky in this section for years.

It seems to have been removed as a sticky just a few weeks ago from what I can tell looking at the replies.

I'm curious why such a timeless thread that's helped 1000s of our members have suddenly been removed? Given some of the crap I've seen stuck lately I'm really perplexed and confused at this.

Would love to hear some feedback from the likes of @Zwielicht or @BassTrackerBoats please, I spent a long time writing these and helping people here, why have these threads been unstuck.. you can clearly see how much they helped people.

The records state that it was unstickied May 1, 2021.

Some of the old guides have been removed as part of a new effort to give newer threads more exposure.

This hasn't been done to every section yet (e.g., the link building section needs the old threads unstickied and needs new sticky threads).

Even my old sticky guides and @BassTrackerBoats' sticky guides were unstickied across the forum.

I requested mine be unsticked a while back as it was not as effective as it is today and thought that making room for a fresh thread would be better for the community.

It still works and, if you are not involved in the processes I shared you are leaving money on the table, but there is a time to allow fresh content to be front and center to build up and out the community.

The problem is.. as many other members have publicly stated, some of the nonsense being stickied now leaves a lot to be desired.

But fair enough guys, I value both your opinions so that’ll do.

Lol true. I actually reported a misleading sticky thread.

The thread was some guy teaching how to get backlinks by finding Blogspot sites and posting your website in the comment section. Blogspot comment section links are no-follow, so that thread was BS.

Thats why I’m confused, as you pointed out and others have too.. some of the shit being made sticky now is questionable at best. But fuck it eh

Great insights on boosting website traffic! I particularly resonate with the idea of targeting low-volume long-tail keywords daily. Consistency is key, and your unconventional approaches make a lot of sense. Thanks for sharing
