How is everyone doing today?

Eurovision hangover, thinking of those poor Brits .. 0 points .. So all you guys from UK, I feel for you .. =)

Spent the day learning coding, learning a lil more about using Selenium GeckoDriver, so yeah, pretty good, all things considered :)

Wouldn’t have that problem if you had a home gym. :anyway: :p
Also do you typically work out on the weekend as well?
I do 3 days on, then 1 off (legs, push, pull)
I never skip a workout (also not in weekend), so every week I will train different body parts on a different day. Rest day(s) is also different every week that way.

Since we are having lock down in Jaipur, Rajasthan (INDIA). The things had halted for sometime. Just preying things to become normal once again. Amen

I always work 7 0 even with few workouts in a day

For recovery I use nothing or ice bath

I do a lot of cardio daily and everything normally in the gym, lifting, weights, pull ups, dips, abs, lower back, legs, whatever, neck.

Point: you don't need a day off neither you should spend every day at gym (I spend 5-6 so lol) but.. 3 hours of running is a blessing for example

Add weights, and you won't feel a run without weight

Not for soft souls, just hard core workout, always progressing

Edit: I do this last 15 years or a bit more, so if you wanna trust this message, consider it's safe to never stop.

Don't use proteins, BCAA glutamine, not to mention anything else. Not tested but well known, it's a garbage.

Max minerals and vitamins, health food with what suits you the best from meat. A lot of green and white food is needed to save your bones.

Yes, you do need days off if you squat heavy on leg days and deadlift heavy on pull days. Your joints will thank you. (not talking about running, and doing abs or legs)

Cool thing you can keep it up for years though, keep going ;)
