Is this a troll or what?

So I was busy coding and wasn't online on my site's live chat, I decided to check my email and I see this...

1- Customer deposit money and buy the services they need (they can see if they browse the dashboard what products are disabled)
2- He could have just asked nicely for a refund but he never contacted me before (he deposited like maybe 1hr before sending this message so his ETH was confirming I guess)
3- Instead of just asking for a refund which I always accept for valid reasons like these he goes on to threaten me

What I did for now was email him directly & through tawk.to telling him I saw his payment and he can be refunded if he sends his ETH address, also gave him a reasoning why the product he tried to buy isn't available to be bought at this time (network upgrades and other changes since the last free beta test).
I don't know if this is a troll or real, if he isn't bluffing and he really has a 1.4M sub channel and if he is going to try harm my business/site by making a "special video".

What do you guys advise me to do?

if you get scared with only one email, then I suggest you to stop doing business (offline or online).
I mean check the next 3 words after he said hello (why you cheat), do you think this person can hurt someone? my own answer is NO.

Talk to your lawyer, and make it public famous as he wish.
