Due to new laws in my country, I am basically stuck with 5k on my PayPal that I cannot transfer to the bank.
I spend it on booking hotels etc.. but money keeps coming and it's getting stuck.
I tried buying crypto but there are only p2p places and they don't accept as goods and services (f&f not available in my country)
I tried investing into my current business but very few people accept PayPal overall.
What would be the best thing to invest or purchase with PayPal that I can cash out.

You could shop online on sites where it is accepted. It's not the best option but you can lower the money.

Gift cards? Service reselling? Buying content, hosting, domains? Starting an Empire? Conquering the world?

The online world is your oyster, buddy.

Or just give it to me.

you can sent it to a trusted person and sent you cryptos

No site in my country accepts it, so I would have to buy from other countries, which means I would need to pay import tax.

Already managing my business, really don't have time to keep an eye to another one.

Buy prepaid cards then use these cards to shop online or even buy crypto.

BTW where are you from?

Have you considered investing in trading funds like Robinhood or Acorns?

buy stuff online, and try after reseling them with real money in your local area, just a thought, also where are you located?

Not possible with Robinhood since they require cash paypal card, but I will look out Acorns (Still doubtly I can use it in my shithole country)

Nah, nobody wants to do that, not even for 85% crypto to 100% Paypal money ratio.
There's a couple of sites that do that but honestly, you need a reputation. I would work with a friend who trusts you. You could also just buy items and sell them new in box for 10% off.

Then don't tell the products original value. Or change it with a friend from another country, who can use it (if you know someone).

Yeah I did that, but usually you can buy only low value stuff (under 15$ and to avoid paying tax)
Our custom taxes the shit out of everything...
