Yeah, I was considering that, but buying a lot of things online under 15$, avoiding customs not to tax you, then finding people to sell it, who will bargain you since it's not in-store stuff. I would need to buy minimum of 300+ stuff over the Internet and by that time, they will have me in the system that I am getting a lot of packages = tax.
Then a more complicated idea: buy something expensive online. Search a service at the country of origin dealing with packing and post services. Ask them to repack it. For a low fee they will send it to you as a post packet. If your country is interested in the value of the product tell them that it is fake and only cost you 15 USD.
Yeah I was thinking to do something similar, there is service that moves from Germany stuff like "transportation" and they bring it to us. You just have to pay them fee per kg, but they can bring everything without a tax (if they get taxed, you pay for it sadly)
I think this can be a great option without knowing someone who can help you with changing it for money. If you don't need the product you can resell as someone wrote above.

But fr if you are from Africa, I have a way for you. Use Flutterwave which is a payment method that accepts PayPal and also supports Africans. So you can sign up and create a payment link with the amount you like and use your Paypal to pay and you get to send it to your local bank account from flutterwave.

This will help people know what limitation you have to cashing the PayPal out.

Yeah rates are 25% which is awful tbh
I mean there is new law here where you cannot cash out if you don't want to pay a lot in taxes.
Don't want to expose myself here.

I am sure your country had more than 50,000 people. Posting you have a PayPal account I don’t think will expose you to your government.
