But I somehow deserve it. A few months ago I launched a YouTube channel, published around 40 videos, got monetized... then my rl job got more stressful and I somehow ran out of ideas. (I had 1000+ subscribers but not enough watch time so I bought remaining watch hours from a SMM panel and it worked fine).

I connected my Adsense account and soon I got a message asking me to verify my home address with a pin code - and a few weeks later I got a letter with it.

And here, boys and girls, I did a big mistake : I lost the letter, didn’t verify my address and since I abandoned the channel I lost interest too.

But then a few weeks ago I received notifications from YT and I realized one of my videos suddenly went viral . I had 150,000 views.
And it didn’t stop .... I started to panic, looked everywhere for the damn letter. Of course Adsense didn’t show ads.
Well, this is the video now, still not monetized:

I somehow can’t attach another Adsense account.
Is there another way?
Of course I asked Adsense to re-send the pin code but this usually takes 3 weeks.

I have lost more money than I have made from being disorganized. I am getting like 5,000+ hits a day to Amazon Affiliate, and I have no idea where the hits are coming from. So I cannot duplicate or optimize or anything. Many of the hits are probably bots, but I am getting some sales so it must be some real people. I have grown 2 subreddits up into great money makers, $10/day doing almost nothing with them and growing every day, would have probably been $100+/day now, but I forgot to log into the moderator accounts for 3 months and Reddit gave them away to other spammers Probably people from BHW.

Happens sometimes. What matters is that your channel is growing and that you will get a consistent income stream out of this.
You should upload some videos now even though you are not monetized yet.

You can edit and add some annotations to guide your viewers to click the link on the description for whatever reasons. Make the annotation big enough so that viewers do not miss it. Hope till you get your Pin code verified you would earn good. You can also JV with any local brand.

At least you can re-apply, and start the work again, nothing bad here, at the end it's not all about money, YouTube recognized your channel, now it will push new videos also

Thanks for the input guys. I should start making videos again. It’s crazy because all these views are basically just from my home country and in a specific niche. I watched so many YouTube courses and whatsoever but there was no indicator that YouTube would pick this particular video.

Perfect example of giving up just before reaching the pocket of gold. Keep going, and try to rank videos on popular keywords as well, so you don't have to rely solely on going viral. Good luck!

I do feel bad and like others have stated maybe you can put something in your video description so you can make some money from this. Also, you can do a video about being organized possibly?? I think maybe a history lesson in organization would be a great topic and would connect you with your viewers. Maybe I am off base with saying the above but just a thought.
