Are there ANY SEO packages that actually work?

I've dumped tens of thousands of dollars on SEO packages from sarkar, samblogs, dexter, and various others only to see very short lived results in low to medium competitive niches.
I'm just wondering if anyone has ever successfully attained rankings that actually stick for longer than 2 weeks from BHW link building purchases?
Are there any link builders out there that don't just load up some terribly garbled excuse for spintaxed english and just fire their automated tool away at massively over-spammed sites and call it "SEO work" ?

All I need is ONE working SEO who actually knows what Google wants (niche relevant backlinks), not these washed up tired methods from 2012 that do NOT work anymore.
Is there someone out there that does competitor backlink analysis at all?
My sites are absolutely SEO optimized and score perfect 100 at gtmetrix yet everytime I purchase backlinks from one of these "gurus" my site will go up for a week or so, then tank lower than it was before never to rise above page 5 of Google ever again.

I'm literally paying these guys to destroy my rankings! They don't care either, they already collected the money. They showed that my rankings improved with their screenshot email upsell attempts a week later before probably deleting all the links they built to clear their spamblogs up for new links.

How many wrongs do I have to go through until I finally find a right... I'm exhausted!

You are dumping money to RankerX packages basically.. Those are nothing more than filled with Web 2.0 and comments + other shit that you do not need.

And you pay for those links because it's cheap and this is exactly what you get.

There are few sellers who are offering niche edits link packages or guest post packages but those 200 $ or under link services wont help you a bit.

I am surprised that you have spent 10 K here and only now asking this question.

I tried their VARIOUS packages with my VARIOUS websites in VARIOUS niches hoping that one result would work....
It's not like you make it sound...like I kept running into the same door over and over again...

If seo was that easy most of us will be billionaires. Your technique is 10 years old when people throw random links and wait for ranking to happens.

20% use to create stellar content to meet the guidelines of the various guest posting websites that I'd outreach to in exchange for backlinks
80% use to run press releases, social media campaigns, and buy expensive backlinks which are usually the ones doing the trick

I guess I just can't build the type of links Google wants even after following video instructions, etc

seriously, though... just run a few google searches for guest posting and you will find at least 10-20 legit websites that can give you quality backlinks in exchange for quality content (which is why I said that you need to create stellar content or - and this is better cause you have the money - outsource it)

It might take you some time doing this type of research but there are tools out there that can ease your pain (I've used one such tool last year, I don't remember its name though cause it's been pretty basic) and I managed to find over 30 such websites in a few hours.

I didn't do anything with those websites because their guidelines have been draconic for a poor and non-native English speaker like myself, so I couldn't afford outsourcing the content creation to meet those webmasters' quality guidelines, nor have I been able to research the content in great detail like they've expected, but had I had the resources to do this (and you seem to have them) I could have gotten myself 30 backlinks that are ULTRA quality. And if such backlinks are not able to move your rankings I don't know which ones are...
