From last 1 year i am working on my youtube channel channel is about food recipies

more then 120 videos posted still only getting 20 to 40 views per video

Can we make a thread where we're exchanging genuine watch hours around here?
Maybe on an action-per-action basis.

One posts a comment showing interest. Someone else replies to them. They get in pm. Party 1 asks for party 2 to search on youtube for a video and to watch it. Party 1 does the same for the 2nd one. No youtube links to be shared in the thread.

Maybe that’s just me but I‘d remove that intro from your videos.
General quality seems good, as suggested above, try researching some keywords as you won’t get views if people don’t search for the term.

intros are only in some videos not all videos

Ok, what keywords are you targeting? How are the competition looking etc..

Are you targeting Arabic speaking viewers? Otherwise "asalam aleikum" may flip some people off, as well as the chicken sounds lol.

Grab the long tailed keywords and optimise for them inside your title and description. Your descriptions should be richer with keywords placed into them. Find keywords inside the search bar by adding what you think and then take note of the suggestions it gives you, when you see keywords via VidIQ search the good looking ones manually and take note of the top 5/6 channels, compare views/amount of subscribers.

Copy their tags and check them out because you’ll probably find better ones that way, check the search volumes and competition and cherry pick your way though them, by the end of this process you’ll always end up with some golden keywords to focus on.

If it looks too hard move on and find alternative recipes, again, make sure the top ranked channels aren’t ridiculously big, otherwise you’ll be pissing in the wind trying to compete with them. The aim of the game is to find golden nugget keywords and churn videos out for them, you’ll then grow without any problems.

You’re not really though, I looked at one of your videos and you haven’t even filled up the description at all. You added some hash tags, that’s it. That’s not SEO optimising at all I’m afraid

Look, first of all you need to get your content strategy, keyword research, and SEO optimization skills improved. Do that, and if your retention rate is good, you will see growth and snowball effect.

If people drop off after 10 seconds, don't expect YouTube to rank your video higher. Simple as that.
