There are lots of sites that let you do that. You can go to JVZoo for example. I also have products in my site you can promote on youtube.

Most affiliate programs have no problem promoting their products on YouTube. Just search in Google for "niche" + "Affiliate Program/Networks". you'll find endless options, but make sure to research and ensure they pay for commissions.

You can promote other affiliate products also from big affiliate networks on Clickbank, Digitstore24, WarriorPlus, JVZoo, Market Health, etc. All those affiliate networks allow you to promote on Youtube. You will earn a higher commission rate if you promote the products from those affiliate networks.
