Don´t worry about me, my ETH has been bought many years back, so I am safe, paid like $2-$3 each for them.
 
Of course, he will say that as he owns a bank and bank tends to hate crypto in general.

Stick with BTC. It's been #1 forever for a reason. Remember if you consider ETH, you might as well also consider ADA, BNB and the 100's of other smart contract platforms, at least the others have cheaper fees.

Seems like he broke the 1st rule with investing, don't get emotionally for/against anything.
 
Rather then investing on the some coin that is getting popular. what I suggest you to understand the working of that coin and how it can change the world.

Like in blockchain it is using in the financial sector that mean it wont get down that easily in the same way there are lots of important use cases of the Ethereum.

So, check the coin values and there use cases and then buy some select that crypto
 
this is not his fault. If people get more aged they started feeling everything disgusting.
